Who Can Apply

• Age: 18–28 years
• Education: 12th pass (High School Diploma)
• Vocational training: Minimum 1 year in social pedagogy, nursing, or childcare
• Experience: At least 6 weeks of practical exposure working with children or caregiving
• Open to male and female candidates passionate about children’s growth and learning

Key Responsibilities

• Plan creative, age-appropriate classroom activities: games, stories, crafts, and learning projects.
• Support each child’s emotional, social, and developmental needs.
• Encourage cooperation, confidence, and independence.
• Communicate regularly with parents and teachers.
• Ensure every classroom is a safe, happy, and inspiring place to learn.
